Refund Policy
For Myoovi Period Relief Device:
You are entitled & encouraged to test out your Myoovi device as much as possible within those 60 days to ensure it works for you. We recognise that everyone's body reacts to pain relief differently, and therefore we have a hassle free returns process whereby if you don't feel the device helps with your pain, we will give you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be returned in its original packaging and must include all components of the order.
For Myoovi Supplement Range:
We have a 60 day return policy starting from when you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@myoovi.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To process an exchange, email us on support@myoovi.co.uk stating the reason for exchange and we will respond within 24hrs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
